1. Service Description

Stock Cipher Pro is an independently developed research tool and educational platform built by Milan Pandey that provides algorithm-based stock market insights, trading levels, liquidity maps, and market scan reports strictly for educational and research purposes only.

As a solo-operated platform, Milan Pandey is not a registered financial advisor, and no content on this platform constitutes financial or investment advice.

2. No Investment Advice Disclaimer

• All information provided is strictly for research and educational purposes only.
• Trading and investing involve substantial risk.
• You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all trading decisions.
• Milan Pandey and Stock Cipher Pro will not be responsible for any financial loss or damages.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Stock Cipher Pro, you agree to:

• Use the platform legally and ethically.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or misuse any system data.

4. Multi-Device Login Restriction (Mandatory Rule)

Strict Enforcement: Logging in from more than two (2) devices simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

Our Multi-Login Detection System actively monitors all sessions. Any violation or unauthorized multi-device usage will automatically flag the account. If such activity is detected repeatedly, your account will be permanently banned, blacklisted, and deleted from the system.

Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable upon account termination due to policy violations.

5. Zero Tolerance for Information Leaks

Sharing any Stock Cipher content outside the platform—including Text, Screenshots, Audio, Video, PDF, or reports—will result in an instant permanent ban and blacklisting with no option for recovery.

6. Ban on Public Sharing of Premium Materials

You are strictly prohibited from posting or publishing any of the following anywhere publicly without prior consent from platform administration (Milan Pandey):

• Stock Cipher Pro charts
• Liquidity Maps
• Market Scan Reports
• Any premium analysis or materials

Violation: Immediate permanent account termination.

7. Account Registration & Security

You are solely responsible for all activity performed using your account. Any suspicious activity may result in suspension or termination without notice.

8. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee:

• 100% data accuracy
• Continuous uptime
• Profitability of any trading level or report

9. Limitation of Liability & Service Continuity

Milan Pandey as the solo developer, or Stock Cipher Pro, shall not be liable for any financial loss, missed opportunities, technical interruptions, or data inaccuracies.

Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including temporary platform downtimes, server outages, service interruptions, or platform discontinuation.

All usage of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Ownership & Original Work Protection

All code, algorithms, design layouts, UI components, strategies, and content associated with Stock Cipher Pro represent the original creative work and proprietary creation of Milan Pandey. Copying, duplicating, cloning, imitating, or redistributing any part of this platform's concept, layout, or backend logic is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of any material created by Milan Pandey will be pursued to the fullest extent possible to protect his independent work.

11. Termination of Access

Milan Pandey reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice for violations of these Terms.

12. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated at any time by Milan Pandey. Continued use of the platform means automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
